Using the 'Campaign' feature
A user of the ‘Campaign’ feature can send e-mails through AeroLeads by connecting their Gmail or Google Workspace accounts. The dashboard of the campaign provides tracking information as well as assists in managing replies.
Our campaign feature focuses on organization of outreach efforts, and hence we need to store the e-mails sent (which includes the Subject, the contents of the body as well as the recipients). Replies to the e-mail are not stored. Only IDs of replies are retained for indexing purposes.
Gmail data accessed or stored by us is never shared with any third-parties. It stays confidential to the user and their team (if applicable).
