System Audit provides a comprehensive analysis of customer’s network elements and network sub-systems status to point out any operational short-term risks, hidden problems and exceptional behaviors comparing to common preferences. It provides a detailed report with findings and improvement suggestions. Results are discussed in a face-to-face meeting and action plan is agreed upon to fix and improve areas pointed out in the analysis report.
The technical concept of System Audit is based on Data Collection Script Packages (DCPs)which either run inside a network element or on a central onsite platform, collecting data from the chosen network elements. Collected data will be transferred to BRTel’ support units for analysis.those issues. The installation conditions can change after initial system installation due to hardware expansions or replacements.
Audit delivers a thorough report with information evaluating the operating status, configuration, and alarms, as well as, for some technologies, performance of the network elements. System Audit delivery process consists of the following steps:
After the data collection transfer phase, the data will be automatically post processed and an intelligent pre-analysis performed by BRTel analysis environment. Then, in parallel manual analysis work will be performed centrally by BRTel’ experts. BRTel’ experts will apply their knowledge of customer’s network, industry benchmarks and global metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that have been developed to express the network status and performance.
During the analysis phase, BRTel’ experts will keep Customer informed of the overall progress of the analysis. If specific issues are identified, as having the potential to immediately impact the operation of the network, these will be communicated to Customer promptly. BRTel will provide final reports after the System Audit Services are completed.
Also a physical audit is performed to make sure about the equipment installation and environmental conditions and the possibility to maintain and monitor.
